Quality checking

Firstly we use PE bag to cover the the chairs, use foam to cover the sharp ends and then we use 7 layer hard carton box to pack them.
About loading
For this design, we can usually load about 60 seats for a 20GP container and 125 seats for a 40HQ container. But different layouts of the chairs varies the loading quantity.
Installation
It is very easy to install the reclining sofa. You just need to unpack the chairs and take out the backrest. Then insert it into the seat cushion. Then it will be done. One important step is that you need to connect the cables which we have labled and you will know how to connect it.
Production process of theater lounge seating
Firstly, we need to cut the wood, and then put nail on the wood to make the wooden frame. At the same time, we cut and sew the fabric or leather, preparing for the upholstery. Then we will display all the seating and check the quality and small details one by one, testing the function on e by one and then clean all the seating if necessary. Until then we can pack with PE in the middle and 7 layer carton boxes outer.
